I do not think he is bright enough to pull that off.
He was star-struck by all the attention and money. His ongoing deer-in-the-headlights look during the debate after Handel asked who he would vote for was the tipoff of his genuine abilities (mostly lack thereof...) to think on his feet.
Does that include the “walking around money” Democrats used to get voters to show up at the polls?

I have asked my liberal friends that question and they really have no response because it is always their argument for everything.

PBS-NPR could be self-funding. There are plenty of commercial products available (Sesame Street tie-ins, videos, clothing, toys, books; same with the other programming and come fundraising time they air the latest music concert and documentaries that are already available on home video DVDs; they’ll even ‘give’ you one for a $75 donation).
And if they took more advertising than they already do (they run ads at the beginning of programs now) they’d have even more loot.
It’s obscene to make taxpayers pay for stilted liberal propaganda. All things considered from a Leftist perspective perhaps. Easter morning profiles of lesbians receiving male hormones and suddenly feeling testosterone rage lusting for women. Disrespectful of my faith and my beliefs. No counter programming options from PBS-NPR. Shouldn’t have to pay for it.
