I have never seen ANYONE fail to list the university which awarded them a PhD. That strongly suggests that the source of this “degree” is embarrassing to her. If it were even remotely credible at all she would be listing the institution.
Leftist Loons with PhDs are the new normal. I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement now, considering how jacked up academia is.
