Huh? A person illegally present in the US has rights to due process? Constitutional rights? Rights to family unity? How does this work?

A person accused of being illegally present in the US has a right to due process.

This piece of dog-turd admitted it, and turned himself in. He should have been deported a long time ago.

Yes, of course.

"Due process" isn't a fixed set of procedural rules. Even courts martial have some sort of process rather than summary execution of sentence.
