What Obama has done globally is far more damaging that Carter.... Carter’s incompetence gave us a radical IRAN... and we’re still dealing with that... Obama’s incompetence gave us ISIS and several failed states in the middle east... His foreign Policy will be something that the US is going to have to deal with for generations...

Nowadays, people are always "embarrassed" by presidents they didn't vote for. It's not hard to find things to be embarrassed about or things to praise in politicians (or anybody else). Nobody is going to be irredeemable or praiseworthy to everyone. Why any of this is worth an op-ed and posting is beyond me.
To your analysis I would add - Lois Lerner and the IRS; Benghazi, and the fact that he sent an Austrian speaking corpseman on a 57 state tour of the United States (amalgamated gaffes, just like his girlfriends in his books were amalgamations).
