Because we depend on other nations to do the vetting for us. I agree, it’s absurd but that’s what we do.

I guess the judge is another globalist.

I agree with you, what they do wherever else is of no concern for the US, period. We are a sovereign nation. Of course if we adopted the immigration rules of say Mexico or North Korea, we would not be in line with the judges thinking. He would be more in line with Germany or Canada I guess. In case the judge is following my comment, which I 100% doubt, I don’t give a darn what they do elsewhere.
