A van driver has died near Calais after refugees blockaded a motorway with tree trunks, causing a crash in which the vehicle caught fire.
The vehicle, reportedly registered in Poland, ignited early on Tuesday morning after ploughing into a lorry that had been forced to stop because of the obstruction.
French authorities said it was the first time such a makeshift roadblock had caused the death of a driver since the arrival of large numbers of refugees in the area in 2014.

The accident happened at about 3.45am on the A16 motorway near Guemps, a farming community five miles south-east of Calais.
“A barrage of tree trunks was set up by migrants on the A16 between junctions 49 and 50,” the local prefecture said in a statement. “This caused the death of the driver of a van registered in Poland. The van hit one of three HGVs blocked by the barrage and caught fire.”

Quick to name the driver in London, but where is the ID of the Paris driver? OK! So the Paris driver got singed a bit!
Take a good look at this wild video shot by a Hungarian truck driver in Calais, then run a web search for Calais truck driver. There are countless others. They knew this was a problem years ago.
The Guardian, being an extremist left-wing paper, does not allow for reader comments. Typical. The more leftist a paper, the more likely no user comments are allowed on stories. They have spoken. The slaves would just shut up. (Because if they did allow comments, I would suspect they’d be harsh against the sort of elitist lunacy of allowing this cancer into Europe.)

Well, that’s simply going to further cement Poland’s opposition to migrants.
Au contraire, mon ami. Unless France would like to argue it’s not an autonomous nation, the French have a choice. Or rather, they had one. This has been decades in the making. All Merkel is doing is speeding the decent.
I support napalming refugee camps every time a refugee steps out of line.

They are. Hordes of them sauntering down the highway in broad daylight throw9ng debris into the roadway, they cause traffic to stop and then break into the trailers.
Set on by modern day highwaymen. A shotgun would be ideal in repelling them. Where are the local frog police? If you have foreign invaders blockading highways, that’s a problem.
Most of the deaths by Muslim in Europe are on Merkel’s head. I wish a European country (Poland, Hungary, etc) with some stones would figure out a way to fire a cruise missile at a venue where Merkel is speaking in public and end that arrogant #$&*#.
Both of my parents have visited Germany (pre-Merkel even) and commented on the arrogance radiating there.
France is covering up the fact that the country is basically a war zone.
They’re now about to hit the magic 10% muslim population threshold. Historically, social collapse isn’t far behind once that happens.
