Appearance of a conflict is as important as an actual conflict in decision to recuse. If results are going to be believed, the person in charge must be trusted by the people.
Anyone who wants to use Mueller’s findings to remove Trump should want Mueller gone because appearances will minimize the impact of any findings of guilt. But, his purpose is to incite the left and keep the Russia narrative going, not to convince Trump supporters that Trump or his staff committed crimes. He should be paid by the DNC since he’s a part of their 2018 campaign strategy, and 2020 if he can drag it on long enough.
As Comey has perjured himself AND leaked information to the press, Mueller must step aside to remove all APPEARANCES of impropriety. Recuse yourself!
