It was shown recently that over many years, this statistical adjustment factor (political at-will fudge factor) was responsible for creating (inventing the existence of) 93% of the new jobs the DOL reported as having been created as a part of their magical-thinking model for calculating a greatly distorted US national unemployment figure each month...
