So the victim’s family agreed with this? I presume they also are illegal, and value supporting their fellow countryman over the well-being of their own daughter?? Unfortunately, I am not surprised. This is why illegals are not fit to become US citizens. They value ethnicity over principles, lawful/moral behavior, rule of law etc.
Round them all up and ship them back to where they came from.
