There used to be a video on Youtube of a law firm giving a seminar on how to use every legal means to avoid hiring Americans. For instance, if the law said they had to advertise it for 30 days with no interest they would take out an ad in a Korean language newspaper. The video used to be on the law firm’s website because they were so proud of how they could advise clients on working around the laws but bad publicity made them take it down. How many law firms do the same thing without being stupid enough to put a video on their home page?
