IIRC, those persons(word used casually) are more correctly referred to as being from the “Turd World” rather than “Third World”.

In my old job, the building day porter was assigned to me. Every so often, this poor guy would show up my desk, which meant one thing... One of the “Best & Brightest” decided to stand on the toilet seat & missed in every direction, including the walls.
The problem with toilets is it’s so messy scooping it out before washing your feet.
You mean, the Elite of the Turd World.
