Courts are not about to step into a decided political process, and secondly, what relief would the plaintiffs seek? Re-stage the 2016 General Election with Sanders as the candidate, as opposed to Hillary?

Litigation must seek a just, equitable and achievable remedy. There is no achievable remedy here.
