I never said Trump was off track I said he has some very close friends that are doing there very best to convince him Immigration, HealthCare and Taxes are not that big of a deal, they are wrong. They also seem to have convinced him that Mueller is not a problem and I a in no way convinced that Sessions is a straight Arrow.
I do not expect the President to know every minute detail of how our very corrupt government operates but I do expect him to let people that do know, help him.
He has signed 40 pieces of legislation since he took office, I challenge you to quote two of them with out looking. Now tell me what three promises he made that he hasn't kept. Maybe you will get the point that we are trying to make. Maybe not.
President Trump may very well be the greatest President in my lifetime and I have lived through all of them including FDR.
1. Trump was inaugurated Jan 20, 2017, which is about 5 months or 150 days...tomorrow, June 20, 2017. The man has been under legal attack with lawsuits filed against him, since he took office.
Immediately the left went on offensive to keep him from accomplishing his promises, with Russia hack/investigation.
2. There was announcement for contractors to make bids on the border wall, that takes time and would be about 6 months for anyone to have supplies, contractors fees, and payrolls estimated....that is not a simple build your house project!
3. ICE has deported so many illegals, I can’t keep up. Trump has gone after the criminal ones first, which is estimated at 3 million....it seems ICE is now doing a better job. Remember how he has been fought on his TRAVEL BAN, preventing more from coming....the impatience in this country is astounding. The legal system is slow...slow...slow!
4. Senate Hearings, Congressional discussions, testimonies from FBI Director Comey/Mueller/Rosenstein/Sessions conversations, these people all take time out of his normal day, and I don’t mean Twitter. Hiring an attorney does not keep you from meetings, questions, depositions, and financial obligations. He cannot move faster than the system!
5. Over 400 positions were unfilled for WH since election....as of last month, because getting his nominees passed in Congress has been a nightmare, remember the Supreme Court Justice? Phone calls, conversations to get even Republicans on board takes time. Constantly putting out fires with his staff, who were NOT government people prior to coming to his Administration. Leaks, Leaks, Leaks.
6. He had a child, wife, and obligations to wind up in NYC, and legal documents to set his affairs aside to be President. Meeting with CEOs of Companies to get jobs going, and look how great that has been! My area is screaming for employees....House prices thru roof again, which isn’t good news to me.
7.The ‘Dreamer’ program, and his being pulled back and forth to keep it, get rid of it, and the legalities of Obama’s pet projects that were tied up, so they couldn’t be unwound easily. Backlash from Democrats, all slow down the process....First Cabinet Meeting, Tech meetings...all other meetings.
Sheesh, makes me tired thinking about it. Weekends in beds he feels comfortable in makes perfect sense to me, sleep is necessary to function.
8. OBAMACARE...the biggest fight of all. When you have traitors in your own party (RINOS), WHO have no problem breaking the bank of the nation and adding TRILLIONS OF DEBT...WELL, IT TAKES TIME! Internal Process is worse than external on healthcare, and if they don’t add selling health insurance across state lines; meaning I can contact CA and buy from a company not in my state, if my state has too high premiums, no competition means constant high prices, imho.
NO, Trump did not get those three things completed in 100 days, but no one could predict the CONSTANT ATTACKS BOTH LEGALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, from the LEFT to STOP TRUMP! TRUST GOD...he put Trump in Office!
The shooting at baseball field stopped everyone for a couple of days. Fake News, and don’t forget that Top Secret Info is not shared with us; security briefings daily...a lot goes on behind scenes we never see, as we have NO need to know.
I think what he actually accomplished in 100 days was AMAZING! If it takes the rest of the year to get those 3...well, I will be tickled pink...no, RED, WHITE, AND BLUE.
Trump is business man, who could have accomplished so much more in 100 days, were it not for the wheels of government that slowly creeps along dragging the tons of paperwork done by dragons of dissent/divisive/derelict/dubious/dorks imbedded in every crack with it....get picture?
