A conservative third party will not succeed in America. America is not sufficiently conservative enough. The party is doomed to lose as Dem and GOPe forces will work together to defeat such an enterprise.
It occurs to me we make a mistake hoping for someone else to do for us a job that we know needs doing. To expect someone like a Trump to come along and do things that would strip all Americans of even more of their Liberty in order to rid us of these cancerous libtards vermin would not be helpful. We are going to have to do it ourselves. Sadly.

I think you have the crux of it right there. We had hoped electing Trump could accomplish for us what we should have known all along we were going to have to ultimately do for ourselves.
The GOPeers must have an amazing deal worked out. Call us what you want in public - that's fine, we don't care. Just take care of us and our friends, give us our cut and you can do whatever. If we have to we may call you some things back. We might denounce Obamacare if we are in a conservative district. We might say some bad things about Hillary - hey everyone says bad things about Hillary. But, a deal is a deal and we are good for it.
Sessions can be Defense Secretary. He’s more suited for that role. AG, doesn’t look like his thing. Mattis looks tired.

Sessions better start running Justice. And he better tell that other sniveling crap-weasel Rosenstein [other because first skunk is Comey] that he better supervise Mueller and better make sure that he has a proper remit and that he better make sure that Mueller is sticking to it, and he and the AAG better report back to him that everything is above board, in writing, on the record, for posterity.
Don't let him fool you. Mattis is doing great. He has a bunch of folks working for him who are very tired.

Yes, I agree. They did the same thing in 2006, when the RNC sat on the hands for Republicans who wouldn’t support “immigration reform,” and even surreptitiously supported their Democrat opponents. They felt their immigration program would have a better chance of passing if Democrats were in control.
