They will try to justify paying out of school funds because other errors are being corrected.

I vote for 6 months suspension with no pay and she must pay for the reprint and distribution of new yearbooks out of her own pocket. Hold any paychecks still due until after the courts are in in case she quits. Old yearbooks must be returned and destroyed at her expense.

I may have missed it in the story, but it won't cost the socialists any money, it will cost the taxpayers ADDITIONAL money.

At the very least, the faculty member overseeing the year book should lose his/her/it's job.

With or without pay to be determined after investigation, determined by the stupidity of the criminal and the maliciousness of their intent (whether they acknowledge it or not.) incompetence is not a defense unless accompanied by permanent resignation.
