Not at all. These are exceptions, they are not part of the problem. No one is going to take them across the border and dump them out in the desert, even if you might want to. Has nothing to do with being weak. I know one that got his citizenship, is a former Marine. And if you could read, you might might read my post through and go over the part where I said they are required to become citizens. My own family migrated here in the late 1800’s from Switzerland and became citizens. Took several years, I still have the documents. I’ll go out on a limb and say that some immigrants can make much better citizens than those born here. Especially some of those in the inner cities. Stopping more illegal immigration is the goal, not trying to find some way to punish kids who have never lived anywhere else. That is just foolish, and accomplishes nothing. Adults or even teens who try to come in illegally should be kicked out immediately.

If it is fake news, then let them THINK it’s true.

Then why didn’t we kill all the Japanese kids after WWII? You want to take kids that have never lived anywhere else and don’t even know if they have family in Mexico and take them across the border and dump them in the desert? Stopping illegal immigration is a priority. Punishing the innocent is not. And if you could read a whole post, you’d see I said they should be required to become citizens.

So you were required to make your own living as an infant?

The NYT (and others), are trying to separate Trump voters from president Trump.

In the fwiw dept, my support for president Trump grows each day.

Matt Drudge Issues Rare Tweets to Mark President Trump Hitting 50% Approval In Rasmussen Poll

The Hill ^ | 06/16/17 09:53 AM EDT | By Joe Concha -
Posted on 6/16/2017, 8:47:38 AM by drewh

Drudge Report founder Matt Drudge posted a rare tweet on Friday touting President Trump hitting 50 percent in a daily tracking poll by Rasmussen Reports.

“Sound of the atom splitting... coming from Rasmussen, most accurate poll of ‘16,” Drudge wrote to his followers.

Drudge citing Rasmussen being the “most accurate of 2016” is in reference to the 2016 election, when the polling firm says it was the closest of all major pollsters in predicting the presidential election popular vote, pointing to final results posted by RealClearPolitics.

On its final poll released Nov. 7, the day before Election Day, Rasmussen had Hillary Clinton
up 2 points on Donald Trump:

. Clinton won the popular vote by 1 percentage point, even though Donald Trump beat her on electoral votes.

No other pollster tracked by RealClearPolitics came as close to the final results.

Rasmussen has been a consistent outlier since Trump took office, however, with the president sitting at 39.9 percent when averaging all major approval polls, including Rasmussen. The 39.9 percent does not include Rasmussen jumping from 47 percent on Thursday to 50 percent Friday.

Drudge has been relatively more active on Twitter since Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20, primarily deriding Republicans on Capitol Hill for its slow pace implementing GOP legislative issues.

The 51-year-old Drudge always deletes his tweets a few hours after posting them. He doesn’t follow any accounts on Twitter.

Actually as long as he brings out the trash (gangs like MS13 and the like) I am open to discussion. Let’s just get the wall built and process people into the country and make English a prereq to staying here.

What kind of stupid silly comparison is that? You are comparing an illegal invasion to legal citizens that were incarcerated by a Democrat no less? You logic circuits have gone hay wire.

He’s not “reversing” anything. He didn’t promise to deport dreamers. He said repeatedly that his main focus would be illegals who have committed other crimes, especially drug or human trafficking, rape, murder, etc.

OBEY WHAT LAW???

Posting from deep inside OST (Occupied South Texas) I would suggest we reframe the debate.

Either we are a sovereign republic (a nation of law) or we are an oligarchy (a nation of men)

I understand the sympathy for dreamers but the fact remains. It's either one or the other. You can't have it both ways.

You know lots of times articles about the same subject are reported and published by several different news sources.

It’s always good to post links to other threads for cross referencing and clarity.

Could you post links to other threads about this same story?

Thanks

On the subject of the thread I’m disappointed Trump isn’t keeping his promise.

He should at least take away any subsidies these insurgent colonists are getting and make them pay for them.

Like food stamps, free continuing education, discounted housing, subsidized medical etc.

At least make them pay their own way.

Nope. You don’t have a clue what you are talking about. The limited number of kids that have been here since they were infants and have no place to go is who I am talking about. Children born here cannot be “sent back” They are not citizens of Mexico.Where do you propose sending them to?

Mr. Trump and his backers really need to apologize to Ted Cruz and all conservatives. I rather doubt that they will, however.
