I hope she sues them right out of existence. My father thought the sun rose & set on the front page of the NY Times. He would drop dead all over again if he could see what they’ve become. Hey, maybe they always were that way, but it is blatant now. This Sarah Palin thing today is a disgrace. Do they have one adult working there? Even one? That Pinch Shulzberger should really just commit hari-kari in Macy’s window, quite frankly.
DO IT Sarah. The “Malice” requirement is readily available on the pages of the NYTimes to even a blind person. “Defamation” is also possible if it can be shown that the NTY’s had a continuing propaganda/fake claims campaign against her that interfered with her ability to carry out her political office obligations, and/or that they were aimed at destroying “family unity” as in “loss of familiar relations” etc.
Digging back through old legal concepts but there is a lot of law on Sarah’s side to use against the little shit Pinch “I want the VC to win” Sulzberger and his toilet paper company.
Go, Sarah, Go. Take the bastards out just like you would a crazed grizzly bear.
“...does anyone think a NYC Jury would find in her favor?”
I’m not a lawyer, but the NY Times is a national newspaper, I am SURE they are distributed in all 50 states. I don’t know that such a suit would have to be filed in NY.
Any lawyers here to help us out?
I hope she sues them unto the 10 circle of hell.
I actually read today that it was reporting in the Times itself that debunked that whole map myth. I don’t know if that is really true or not, but if it is true (and that would be very easy to check) then “malice” will be a slam dunk to prove. It is damages that might be a sticky wicket, but I’m sure that can be construed constructively.
Get ‘em Sarah P.
I would be happy to have the Times traumatized by the discovery process without a trial.
Everyone who is being attacked because they are Trump voters... if everyone who has grounds to sue, did so, the attacks would slow and stop. We can’t keep giving in to these hard lefties ... it’s been going on one after another .. if they were sued and lost, they’d shut the hate crimes up quick.
Tom Fitton is going after the documents comey said he didn’t have any more. Doesn’t matter, if he can’t produce them, he’s in bigger trouble with judicial Watch. They don’t quit.
comey gave them to his friend to be leaked... that is a felony if the documents and the leaking was done while he was head of the FBI, they are government property and can not be destroyed or leaked.
So the FBI has to come up with the documents for Fitton. or Fitton will bring charges/sue them. and then they all will be in trouble. .. including comey.
Fitton wins these cases and they should know he stays on his cases and he will get the documents or they will be charged with a crime for destroying them and leaking them.
The first case where someone is going after the criminals. for a change.
I'm not sure it really needed to be debunked, it was so absurd on its face. However, if the NYT debunked it, good for them.
I just hope Sarah has a winnable case.
go for the jugular, and slay the beast.
Just Do It!!!!
Malice is easily proven.
When a sample of articles shows 90% negative, 0% positive - THAT IS MALICE!
_Proving_ malice is _very_ difficult even if it is obvious there was malice.
Every employee of the NY Slime will be covering up and lying as if their paychecks depended on it—which it would.
“If it ever got to Trial, does anyone think a NYC Jury would find in her favor?”
Cival Suit in many States don’t require a unanimous 12-0 verdict. Since the NYT is distributed throughout the country, there may be options to file outside of NY.
Post 35, good point, file the case in a favorable jury pool area. NYT distributed in Barnes n Nobles nationwide.

I was just reading about an old landfill that had to pay to clean it up. They tried to blame the various cities that sent them their garbage (and the hazardous waste). The government didn’t buy it - the landfill should have known better than to accept it, and should have done a better job of containing it.
Not sure if Barnes and Noble could be sued for accepting and releasing garbage, but maybe!
I hope she does, for a few hundred million. It would be impossible for them to plead ignorance. Intent is obvious.
DO IT SARAH!!!! Nothing else will stop them!!!
