If this is obstruction of justice, then Eric Holder obstructed justice when he dropped the voter intimidation case against the Philadelphia New Black Panthers. And Obama obstructed justice when he told DOJ to not prosecute Dreamers. Or, when he directed DOJ to stop defending DOMA.
