Agree. He’s become progressively worse. At one time looked forward to hearing what he had to offer, now mute or switch the channel when he’s on.

many military retirees, get that final promotion at retirement, which if that held true for peters, would mean the highest rank he “earned” in a 22 year career would have been major.
