The devil is in the details. Black Lives Matter Chicago may be an actual entity, which would probably require it to be a registered corporate entity in order to function as a plaintiff in a lawsuit. That doesn't mean the silly "Black Lives Matter" movement has any legal standing that could be named in a lawsuit.

I'm not a lawyer -- but as far as I know, only an individual, a government, or a registered business entity (corporation, partnership, limited liability company) can be named as a defendant in a lawsuit.
