The end of ISIS will come shortly after the fall of Raqqa. It is near, not far away.

Now the elements are changing, with NATO entry into this conflict.

Multi national interest in the outcome of this. Syria (Assad), Turkey, Iran, Kurds, SA, Qatar, Israel, Iraq; all are affected by the outcome. The US is also in the list, but actually more for interests of allies in the Middle East.

None of the future is at this point a given. God Bless those who are ending ISIS and may a peaceful resolution to this be possible.

For years Obama was helpless against ISIS and a case can be made he helped facilitate ISIS.

Here we are not even 6 months into the Trump administration and they are nearly at their end as an army. You’ll never hear this achievement reported.

ISIS remains a threat for small attacks from small groups and lone actors.

This guys defense of socialism destroys his credibility in my eyes. He trots out again the old saw that the previous attempts were not "true" or "real' socialism, that is why they failed with mass poverty and/or mountains of bodies. (Don't look at Venezuela either...)
