There is “legal” difference between a ^Special Counselor^ and a ^Special Prosecutor^.
FR should be on the fore-front in defining that difference!
I agree with you on the SP v SC. Mueller has no where near the power of a SP. An SP was tantamount to a 4th branch of government.
Rosenstein is a one of the key soldiers in the coup. He put Mueller in right on schedule. All hell is going to break loose but l think Mueller and his gang must go if Trump is going to survive. It’s such a mess and it goes back to Sessions idiotic recusal.
