1. Deal with the Mueller Comey conflict of interest

2. Get to bottom of the contrived way in which the Special Counsel appointment was sought through leaking as Comey’s Revenge

3. Ask how on earth it is ethical for the Special Counsel to continue to investigate the supposed crimes involving Trump people and the Russian government in hacking the election where there clearly is NO BASIS for an investigation.

Comedy of errors but not even a little bit funny.

AG Sessions was too quick to recuse himself and someone else in the Justice Dept. (who?) was quick to appoint a Special Counsel. And the Special Counsel just happens to also be the special friend of the turncoat FBI Director fired by President Trump.

There never should have been a Special Counsel appointed to begin with.
Who made the decision to do so?
It sounds as if neither President Trump or AG Sessions had any input.

More and more it appears that the movement toward a Special Counsel was totally scripted from the get-go by Trump enemies within the Justice Department who were in cahoots with Comey and others who want to bring Trump down.

Comey leaks his self-serving CYA memo for the explicit stated purpose of generating movement toward appointment of a Special Counsel and VOILA! we get a Special Counsel who just turns out to be a close friend and confidant of Comey’s.

Special prosecutors/Counsels have a history of empire building, mission creep and extended fishing expeditions and it sure sounds as if this one is gearing up to do just that .
The problem now is if Trump fires Mueller he ignites another firestorm of accusations of obstruction and cover-up and the madness accelerates.

I have posted earlier about my thinking and making a note at work today. How will Trump take down Mueller. I think he might use the same method he used on Comey. Set him up, let him leak, follow the leak, id the turd leaking, flush the turd. one less turd in the swamp. One at a time. It just might take that. Until they either get it. which they won’t or get flushed which will be a joy to us all. The bigger ones first.

President Trump should go on TV (fox) with a prepared statement... That speaks to congress, and name the leaders in congress by name... Ryan, McConnell, etc...

“You all know this.. you all have known this for months... there never was an investigation on Russia, collusion. You all knew I had nothing to do with the lies you all made up to try to remove me and overturn the people’s vote. After Comey’s testimony last week, you know he finally said for all to hear, what he told me... that I was never under investigation. That all of this was a lie from beginning to end, and we now know how deep this country is in the swamp... You all have been courting with that swamp for a long time. Comey could have publicly stated months ago that there was no investigation... but he chose to do what the swamp government wanted and he too turned into one of the leakers..one of the bad dudes in Washington. He is deep in it with hillary also. The previous administration was a swamp dweller and it’s all contaminated. It all has to be cleaned/drained.

We know comey and mueller are buddies, and I don’t trust them. There is no investigation and there is no need for an investigator.. There has never before been so much bald face lying as has been coming from congress and the media. It’s been vicious and it’s been aimed at even my 11 yr old son. What kind of people are you to do what you have done! The attacks have been beyond belief... you have either been one to do the attacking or you have condoned them, and you ought to be ashamed.

Today, I am removing Mueller from the non investigation. I am closing out, all of what you made up and carried out for months, spending tax money on your plans. This has to stop and today it’s over. My attorneys are looking into what we will do next... but it will not be in your hands.. it will be in the President’s.

You all knew there was no investigation and you all knew the past months’s hard attacks on me and my family, were based on lies.. you made it all up to try to get rid of me.. and overturn the voters voices out there. I NEVER understood the DOJ appointing a special prosecutor for the Trump Russia investigation.

There is NO EVIDENCE. What is a special prosecutor supposed to prosecute when there is no evidence? That is what stunk to me. If there is no evidence of any wrong-doing, then a special prosecutor can only be a fishing expedition.

This stunk from the beginning.

Also, how is it Trump’s own DOJ allowed this?????
