DOJ, unlawful criminal behavior. How did USA get here?
Good. It is about time that our side went on the offensive against the Left. One of their chief tactics is to bury their opponents in legal paperwork, and to smear them with “they’re being investigated” or “they’re being sued” - well, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.
Besides, it’d be nice for the general public to see that (and the extent to which) their god, Obama, STOLE money for his own side from coerced judicial “settlements.”
I am also happier than could be about Trump directing that such activity stop, right freaking NOW. It is an utter perversion of the legal system.
Shakedown suits are one half of the issue. The other half is “ sue and settle “ where a favored leftist group sues the government, and the Obama DOJ rolls over, doesn’t defend, and agrees to both regulatory performance and a financial settlement. Pretty sneaky, huh?

Any left wing group getting subsidized by the Obama Adminstration’s shakedown of corporations should result it a suit before - or against - the Federal Election Commission if they spent a dime on political action.
This shake down, benifit some, scam is no doubt linked to and explains the appearance of the numerous advertisement bedazzled/Liv personal automobiles that immediately followed the 2008 error election.
That is a violation of the federal RICO statutes.
