A little technicality that belies much of Comedy’s story about his diary/memo. He said on Thursday he released the memo to be leaked, in response to Trump’s remark about having “tapes”. However, the leak actually appeared in the NYT a day BEFORE Trump MADE his remark. Lies under oath!
If I remember correctly, the mayor of a city in NJ had a beef w/ Christie & she submitted her journal as evidence. I thought it was thrown out as evidence because you can make up anything.
He’s saying he deleted the “originals” because the computer will tell when the documents were created. If it doesn’t match his claims he’s screwed. I believe he MAY have written memos to himself but it was after he was FIRED.
