2016: Vote fraud is an isolated, statistically insignificant problem
2018: Vote fraud in minority precincts is permissible to counteract white privilege and gerrymandering
I’d amend the 2016 bit: Vote fraud was perpetrated by Russian hackers to elect Donald Trump.
