Isn’t this the one where the date is MM/DD/YYYY, instead of DD/MM/YYYY ??? ...indicating it’s fake.

Does anybody have other information about that? Thinking outside the box - please consider the following to explanations -

(1) I've read before that in the Kenya Protectorate there was a practice of using both (or dual) date formats (Day/Month and Month/Day)

(2) Perhaps the CPGH Mombasa hospital in 1961 purposely used American date format (their decision or the Obama's) because the record was for the baby of an American woman (i.e., Stanley Obama) and would like be used in the US later?
