Nah - at least occasionally, one of these slimes actually pays the penalty. Granted, it’s become a liberal-managed lottery system, but at least sometimes one of them “wins”.

concerned his trembling limbs and labored breathing were an indication something “was not right” with the procedure. Death comes in many different ways.
