It’s Romney’s annual RINO retreat summit. McCain is going. It’s full of establishment politicians and donors. I looked it up, and Trump actually was invited. He turned it down. Smart thinking.

What was Republican "severely conservative" Romney doing talking to Trump's defeated opponent, Hillary Clinton She's certainly qualified to tell him if Secretary of State is a good job and to answer questions about what it involves and to give him some tips. Obviously every Secretary of State, regardless of party, is going to have to deal with the same foreign countries and a lot of the same people. Maybe Romney talked to some other former SoS's.

Besides, they have in common that they are both losing presidential candidates. So maybe they wanted to talk about that.
