That’s the Cross-Fit look. Personally, I think it’s ugly as all get out, but I have perfectly normal female family members who cultivate it. They usually work out with their husbands or boyfriends, and part of the attraction is that the Cross-Fit world produces very tight friendships and a neutral (non-political) social environment. All they do is work out and go to various “challenges” and WOD (Workout of the Day) events.
However, Reality sounds like a total hate-filled freak and I hope the CrossFit people can distance themselves from her.
