Our children play with toy fishing poles, toy tractors, toy bakery ovens, toy building blocks, etc, etc. These are great learning tools. Every kid should have a toy gun, and a father (or mother) willing to teach them how to handle it properly.

I’m getting my flame suit on, but I agree with her.
Kids should be learning to shoot REAL guns. I don’t think they should play with toy ones.
It doesn’t teach the proper values. Now that I’ve said that, I’m getting my kids out on the range ASAP. We’ll practice with toy guns, then airsoft, then onto the real thing. But to point and play with each other? Not a chance.
