So you think it is OK to unseal all Juvi records.

What other impacts could that have on the judicial system?

You are too busy examining a tree to miss the overall forest.

Its OK to be outraged at what happened. But, just as happens in adult cases the legal system does not (or should not) pick and choose when to follow a law.

Your concern is with the punishment, which I get. I guess you could wait outside the Juvi hall and shoot them when they get out.

Do you consider the order to not speak about the family’s anger over the sentence in this case is constitutional or just?

Who said ANYTHING about unsealing records? Sealed or not, the issue is the ruling not the perpetrators. Even those in the courtroom felt the need to expose the process, not those adjudicated. The perps are the trees, the process is the forest.

How old are the juveniles and what crimes are they accused of?

Raping a 5 year old (and we’re talking rape-rape) while recording video of it isn’t that much of a juvenile offense.

Shoplifting maybe. Underage drinking, maybe. This type of sexual offense on a victim of tender years?

And are the type of juveniles we’re talking about the same type that are classified as “refugee children”, IOW a bunch of foreign Muzzie thugs declaring they are children when they’re old enough to be fighting men in an army?

What impact does having foreigners here who can ignore common laws of decency have on our judicial system?

If it allows injustice for such horrific acts, it’s not much of a judicial system in the first place. Hammurabi, the Ancient Egyptian civil law, and the Twelve Tables of the Roman Republic had better justice than this.

What law is it that says it’s fine to rape a 5 year old girl with a slap on the wrist? Are we now following Sharia law, is that it?

That’s not that bad an option, truthfully. Take out the “parents” of the Muzzies, too, but I seriously doubt they are parents that are legally responsible for these “juvies”.

We should just give them all a nice plane ride to Syria or wherever, and shove them out without parachutes. Recording video of it for the family of the little girl like her rape was recorded, for closure purposes.
