I think the DOJ should go back to those settlements that unjustly enriched unrelated third-party non profits who received settlement proceeds and disgorge those funds. Penalties agreed to by banks and other corporations should have gone to the US Treasury only. Obama’s regime was a regulatory extortion racket.
Bank settlements and fines alone were in the billions.
