Expedite Ginsburg to recuse
She expressed in public her dislike of Trump because of his demeanor, personality...something like that.
Since the lower courts all attack Trump’s personality, and THAT is part of the basis of their denial of Trump’s travel order, she is not now a neutral observer, but one who has already formed an opinion.
Expedite Buzzy to retire.
In principle I agree she should recuse, but I think we need 5 votes either way.
