And do I care. When the racial makeup of NFL teams resembles American society, then I might care but right now, there are a lot more Black players than White, and probably NO Asians.

That means 13.2% of the NFL players should be black...
That means that 13.2% of the coaches should be black...
That would make things EQUAL per population.

They are demanding and getting separate dorms, study facilities and graduation ceremonies.
Reverse Jim Crow and everyone is probably much better off.
