How can enrollment fees be so high, if the federal government is forking over massive funds too?

Mizzou is finding that out right now. Their enrollment has dropped precipitously as a result of their #BLM protests.
Nobody should pay thousands of dollars to be abused.
If they transfer to another school they should demand ALL of their money back. Let them do this in a group with their parents backing.
