From what I read elsewhere, they have records of something like 50 phone calls to Cosby, some lasting 30 or 40 minutes, made by the victim to him AFTER the alleged rape took place. She reported the rape a year after is was said to have occurred. It looks to me like he may easily skate.
While that (her staying in touch with Cosby) sounds terrible, we need to remember that this happens often with powerful people. One reason is that the victim may still feel EVEN AFTER THE RAPE that the rapist can still help her or still has power over her. Another is dissociation where the victim has decided she can’t handle what happened and is pretending it didn’t. She can’t come forward because she would be accusing someone who is too powerful and she knows it wouldn’t be believed.
Hey Doc, you did read the posted part of the article where it said he admitted in deposition that he gave the woman Quaaludes with the intention of having sex with her? I sure hope you aren't a real doctor.
