Can you explain why you believe a court decision that has no basis in Law and no basis in Reason MUST be treated as if it does? What is it about the Judicial Branch, in your mind which absolves it of any need to conduct itself lawfully?

Back during the Clinton administration, and during the Obama administration, one of the most important ideologies between the libs and conservatives was that the libs based a majority of their actions upon “feel good,” while the conservatives worked with rule of law.

The definition of the rule of law is: “the restriction of the arbitrary exercise of power by subordinating it to well-defined and established laws.” This system of laws was developed by the founders in the early 1880’s and has been the glue that kept this nation together with all the diverse problems we have had, and still have, throughout our brief history. It is the harm of this country when we ignore these laws and try to subvert our way of life with substitutes and move away from the established edicts mistaking covert power for leadership.

We all know the law exists. They know the law exists. It’s in the Constitution. The act was done by Carter, Obama before Trump in three of the last seven administrations. This is nothing more than a big bluff and an effort to make Trump look bad.

But if you don’t establish yourself within the system of laws that was designed to protect this country, you’re no better than the lying people trying to subvert the law. And when it comes out that Trump is right, every effort by our conservative voice to hammer those that played the game knowing they were lying, should be used. But unfortunately, even our own won’t do it right. And that’s the problem.
