Alec Baldwin on Friday defended comedian Kathy Griffin for the photograph she posed for with a severed head resembling President Trump.
In a series of tweets , Baldwin, who frequently impersonates Trump on Saturday Night Live, recalled his own experience making a joke about a politician.
“Dear Kathy Griffin, Kathy....baby...I've been there. The whole Henry Hyde thing [with] Conan, where we bring out an oxygen mask at the end? a joke. That's what I thought. That's what we intended. No one walked out of the studio and said, "No! We're serious!" No one,” Baldwin wrote, referencing comments he made in 1998 about a Republican lawmaker.
“But all your gutless, weasels in the GOP insisted that I actually threatened Hyde. They played the victim beautifully. Kathy...fu-- them. Fu-- them all. [no one] believes [you] meant [to] threaten Trump,” Baldwin continued.
“Trump is such a senile idiot, all he has is Twitter fights. ignore him. Like the leaders of all the other countries in the world. Ignore him.”
Griffin, since posing for the photo, has received widespread criticism and was fired from her gig hosting CNN’s New Years Eve Special.
Griffin apologized in a Friday news conference , where she claimed Trump and his family “are personally, personally trying to ruin my life forever."

Baldwin is as much of a lowlife and liar as Griffin is, birds of a feather.
Leftists have no morals whatsoever.
They think they do, but their values are upside down and scrambled.
Trump is bad, but figuratively decapitating him is honorable.

(1) Griffin belittled beheadings as they’re happening on an ongoing basis around the world at the hands of muslims.
(2) Her message could have easily been taken as encouragement to commit violence against the president.
(3) If a conservative had done so with an image of obama, this clown show would certainly have seen things differently.
She is now the victim of Trump 'bullying'.
