We need to be smart, vigilant and tough. We need the courts to give us back our rights. We need the Travel Ban as an extra level of safety!
I don’t think we can depend on the courts to give us back anything.
The stupid European fools were snookered by the Muslim Trojan Horse. Britain was once snookered by Neville Chamberlain who practiced the policy of appeasement and gave the enemy everything they wanted. They should have learned their lesson. Now history will wage its harsh lesson on Europe’s citizens ruled by parasites concerned only for their own interests. When the business of plunder is in progress, distractions will be left in the books for other people to read.
Trump is really trying to MAGA, I will give him that. But between the Democrats, 80% of the Republicans, the media and the courts, it is a near impossible task for him.

Why is it taking so long for SCOTUS to get the Travel Ban case.
If blood is spilled by muslim’s in America it is on the hands of the press and the courts because they have been relentless in stopping our President from defending the country from Islam. Note I didn’t say “radical”.

That is why they must be held accountable. A 4 year term is sufficient. Reappointment must be by the people (House of Reps) and not by a president. They will be judged on their record

President Trump needs to be more specific and tell the courts that if they do not step aside and let him, let the executive branch carry out its constitutional and legal duties, that any blood that occurs is blood explicitly on their hands.
And then tell them to F—k off. Then do his job.
The Executive has unambiguous authority in this matter under the Constitution and the law. The courts are usurping the power of the executive branch through these unconstitutional rulings or edicts. Brazen and dictatorial...banana republic kinda stuff.
Either Trump has legal advisors with their heads up their anuses or he knows that if he bucks these wayword courts, he has a good chance of being impeached by the Kabuki capons in congress. I expect it’s the latter.
The courts have no say in this matter. The fact that SCROTUS has not vacated the lower court’s bullsh!t rulings tells you it has no integrity either.
Whether SCROTUS rules up or down on this issue, the damage is done. They’ve effectively usurped executive power and authority.
