Perhaps I missed the discussion but did others notice the amount of time President Trump spent talking about the slush fund. But in a cryptic way but am not familiar with what the paris accords emailed. It sounded like he describing something a bit grafty
If you look at the Green Fund, there is nothing about the rules to spending the money once your get your distribution. So, make up a scenario....Tonga gets a check for 50 million dollars from the 450 billion dollar fund. They go out and build a coal-fired electrical plant that has almost zero emission controls. Or they can spend the money on ferries which only 2-percent of the population ever uses.
The redistribution side of this is remarkable...having little to do with climate repairs.
