We will see if the Constitution and the Rule of Law means anything with this Ruling.
Anything less than a Unanimous slap down of the Lower Courts will tell the tale.

We hope the SC will restore rationality and law, but the fact that the appeals court went 11-3 for insanity, illegality, and left-liberalism is a bad sign. Any competent judge should rule for President Trump, but obviously there are a lot of incompetent, biased, mendacious judges from both parties.
I am hopeful for the SC but I don’t think anything is a slam dunk anymore in our screwed up system.
