Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY), a freshman conservative House GOP member from New York State, rode with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and the Rolling Thunder in Washington, D.C., on Memorial Day. In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News after the fact, Tenney said she was honored to join Tillerson as the only member of Congress on the Rolling Thunder ride to remember prisoners of war and those missing in action on Memorial Day weekend.

My sister had this weird desire to ride on a Harley, so on her 75th birthday her friends arranged for this young biker to surprise her and take her for a spin. Leather jacket and all.
She said it was ‘the best thing that I ever did’.
Good memories.
Claudia is my Rep and she is doing a good job considering all of the Snowflake blowback she is getting.
Hmmm. Since it’s spring time should we change ‘snowflakes’ to ‘butterstick’? Just sayin’. Glad she’s doin’ a good job. Hope she can maintain.
I was riding a chopper in the early seventies. My first new bike was a 1974 74CID Harley-Davidson FX. It did not have an electric starter. Back then, cheap motels and diners would refuse to serve a biker. I was working as a parts clerk at a H-D dealership in 1980 when it looked like the Motor Company (Then owned by American Machine and Foundry) would soon cease to exist.
My, how things have changed.
I will trade the entire chicagoland delegation for your congressman (yes congressman).
Any idea of the people in the last photo?
I like that, except I love butter, need something less delicious.
The first bike I ever rode in the early 70’s (not counting the minibikes in the late 60’s) was a Yamaha 90. Kick starter. First bike I ever owned was a 1980 Yamaha 750: shaft drive, electric start. Took that one across country (Kansas sucks) and along the Blue Ridge (mind the tunnels).
Current bike is a 14 Yamaha FJR 1300. Need to head back to the Blue Ridge.
I love Harley cause they’re American. Despite they needed a government bailout, but they’re back an loved.
Great!
But they don’t make my bike. I’d buy one if they did, but they don’t.
Demographics I guess. Or ergonomics.
Are we talking chopper; as in ape hanger handlebars? No offense intended, but I never understood that.
Not trolling or being argumentative, just curious.
Ride whatever gives you joy.
I never liked apes. No control. I always preferred drag bars in those days.
