The leftmost form on https://www.freerepublic.com/perl/login is not secure. This is likely a Perl security thing, but it’s worth nothing that while the site runs under HTTPS, that element still isn’t secure.
I ran a Wireshark and confirmed that my PW is still passed in cleartext, which is fine as it always has, but it’s something I’d like to see resolved.
