Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) ripped into Tesla CEO Elon Musk Thursday night for his use of a private jet after the tech billionaire tweeted his disapproval of President Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord. Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, took to Twitter to announce that he would be departing from all future presidential councils in protest of President Trump’s decision to pull the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Accord. He assured his followers that global warming is real and that leaving the Paris accords is “not good” for America or the world.
Hours later, Cruz mocked Musk’s outrage, pointing out that he regularly travels around the country in his own private jet. If the billionaire CEO was so dedicated to reducing the world’s carbon output, Cruz snarked, he would choose to fly commercial planes rather than private ones.
Musk has come under fire previously for his liberal use of his private jet, which he upgraded last year from a Dassault Falcon 900 B to a Gulfstream G650 ER. It was reported in 2010 that Musk took private jets to Washington on at least 12 occasions over the course of two years to lobby the Department of Energy for a loan of $465 million, which Musk’s company Tesla was eventually granted.
Around the same time, Tesla also struck deals with the California Alternative Energy and Advanced Transportation Financing Authority that made the company exempt from up to $320 million in California State sales and U.S. taxes.

Musk = monumental welfare queen.
We know he doesn’t give a flip about his personal carbon footprint. With yet to show a profit and market cap of 55B, greater than either Ford’s or GM’s, TSLA is the world’s greatest single-company government sponsored bubble. Is it possible that Musk is a little nervous that the unscripted withdrawal from the Paris hooha might cause his Ponzi scheme built around electric cars to implode?

The problem here is, the Left Elites BELIEVE they are entitled as they are doing the service of enlightening the world to the problem.......and their supporters agree. Leftists are ENTITLED to abuse the climate, as long as they are doing it to protect the Climate. Circular ‘logic’, but they are good at fooling their supporters into submission. HYPOCRITES!
Al Gore, Elon Musk, Zuckerberg, et. al. wants YOU to live like the Flintstones while THEY live like the Jetsons.

It’s worse than that. The government makes owing a corporate jet one of the best tax deals around. My wife’s family business has four of them and they are quite a deal. BTW a Gulfstream 650 ER is $65 million, but Uncle Sam makes it a bargain to those who think they need one. Just another example of how our government, thanks to lobbyists plays favorites.

Only conservatives are hypocrites. Only conservatives harm the atmosphere. Only conservatives deny global warming. Only conservatives kill animals and forests with their deadly fumes. Only conservatives don’t enter into global treaties to save the planet. Only conservatives deny science.
Liberals’ use of fossil-fuel powered planes and vehicles, is for the good of humanity. Conservatives use those fossil-fuels for their greed and evil. We conservatives need to be more understanding of how the liberal mind works.
It is hard work saving the entire planet.

You start a business in California they will want upfront your estimate sales so they can collect the taxes before the first sale.
