But but but! We cannot know the mind of God! Surely the Indian snake gods are just as good!

The world today teaches boys at a young age, that women have “options”, men have obligations.

Skills like cooperation, empathy and diligence — often considered to be feminine — are increasingly valued in modern-day work and school, and jobs that require these skills are the fastest-growing.

I assume the author is an ivory tower lesbian who has never been exposed to boys or to productive work. As an employer (now retired), I saw Scouting/sports/military in an applicant's background as a big plus. Whether football or the USMC, someone who has either background knows about teamwork, i.e., cooperation. Eagle Scouts always had leadership and teamwork experience. Cooperation is a traditionally male trait that Western men have cultivated in our sons for thousands of years.

As an employer, I don't care about empathy; I care about getting the job done, accurately and on schedule. Yes, I looked after my team in bad times, but short of a real crisis (cancer, death in the family, doctor-ordered bed rest in a pregnancy), I didn't want someone who allowed emotion to interfere with work responsibilities. And diligence? Whether that is the situational awareness of the football field or the attention to detail of the US Army, our boys and men have always learned the value of careful and persistent effort.

Oh? What did He fail to do that He ought to have?

Don’t assume you have a clue what I am thinking just because you think you know what God is thinking. I say you haven’t much of a clue about either, dude.

His creation is an abject disaster. Like Frankenstein’s monster.

Some of the best enterprises do mix the humane with the purposed and succeed all the better for it. Overmanagement can harm as badly as undermanagement.

What did you want, a will-less puppet show that could never incur danger? Think carefully and hard before answering.

The question is why did God create this mess?

I don't see any women in this photo, or in any other video or photo records of the heroism of New York's Bravest on 9/11.

The NYT can take that "pink economy" bullsh!t and stick it up their collective asses.

Don’t demean Don Knotts. He was a goofy guy, but not a feminist.

Maybe God didn’t. Maybe He gave us the perfect gift and WE fouled the nest.

That’s actually the bible story. In some unspecified manner we all colluded in original sin. A willful act.

But that bad news sets the stage for good news — a Savior, not sent of our will, but of God’s will. And if He is allowed a fair chance He will prove His own capacity.

And it’s ladies like you who understand this who will refrain from using the feminine prerogatives to tear at the souls of men.

He was a fantastic comedian. I just used his persona to illustrate a point.
