While the original story with the copy above ran, the FAKE NEWS didn't bother to do any FACT CHECKING, and the "editors" were basically SHAMED into putting this CORRECTION at the top of their FAKE NEWS story:
Update: A spokesperson told TVSpy today, Sinclair announced the agreement to purchase Bonton Media, which included KECI in April, but the acquisition has yet to be approved and Sinclair has no editorial control.
Just another example of media bias, not fact checking, and running with the idea that if it is conservative and/or Republican, it must be bad.
Dan Shelley, the RTDNAs incoming executive director, tells TVSpy every station had a responsibility to cover this story.
Oh really, so some hack in an office far away from KECI says HE gets to decide WHAT should be covered by whom? Says who? Is he now the arbiter of what is NEWS and what isn't? Who died and left Dan Shelley in charge of news coverage for every station?
