This is in no way confined to Virginia. I am absolutely certain that in many, many elections the margin of victory was due to illegal votes.

A US Passport should be required for registration and voting. The passport office does not mess around. You have to prove who you are and where you were born.

Correct...In blue states I would guess it's more the rule than the exception and probably in some areas of red states as well.

If you go to any member of the European Union...all 28 countries...on an election day, you will notice that they all walk in with a state-ID (picture) and must present it. It’s not rocket-science. I can guarantee you that in Germany....not a single migrant or non-citizen votes in national elections. Because of the national-ID, the system works.
