Agreed. USAA is a privately held membership. It's time for a regime change. I want board members in place who understand and return to the implied intent of USAA- provide value based insurance and financial services to member of the US Armed Forces. Broad based advertising to the general public using color identity markers is wasting our membership dollars, as is all of the "corporate responsibility" feel good programs that the board is spending money and energy on.
The best advertising USAA has is word of mouth within the military, and now that is in the toilet thanks to corporate social engineering.

OK, so if the idea is to send a message to the board of directors by organizing opposition - who will be the opposition members of the board? Someone has to run in opposition to the policy and the word needs to get out to a lot of USAA members in order to do anything.
Does anyone know when the annual meeting is?
If someone could organize this, it might be a better idea than cancelling policies.

USAA has farmed out the coverage of RV trailers to Progressive.
USAA has hired a third-party to confirm data on the vehicle and residence. What in the world are the employees doing?
Time to roll heads at USAA.
