Australian Editor Condemned for 'Revolting' Claim Over Manchester Terror Attack

An editor of a conservative magazine in Australia has been widely condemned for a “revolting" claim that the Manchester bombing should have happened at the headquarters of the ABC, Australia's public broadcaster.

In comments that have caused a storm on social media and have been referred to the police, Roger Franklin, the online editor of Quadrant, lamented on the magazine’s website that the victims of the bombing were not panelists who had downplayed the threat of terrorism on Monday night’s Q&A programme, which aired before the Manchester attack.

If there had been a shred of justice that blast would have detonated in an Ultimo TV studio [where Q&A was recorded],” he wrote.

The larger point being that is what it is going to take to get the press serious about Moslem extremists.

They may be bigger, but Australia’s ABC is one of the most left wing news organisations around - far worse than MSNBC or CNN.

And the worst thing about them is they are funded by the Australian taxpapayer and because of that supposedly have a duty to be non-partisan, balanced, and neutral, that they routinely ignore. Privately owned media organisations have a right to be partisan and push an agenda. The government owned Australian Broadcasting Corporation is supposed to be different.

That said, Quadrant calling for them to be bombed was foolish and wrong. And has just created good publicity for them.

Did the writer lie about the IQ of Australia being lowered if the TV show/station were blown up?

I don’t advocate it, but hypothetically speaking, I do believe that when any idiot journalist, leftist or power drunk liberal dies, the IQ of their nation goes up and the threat to intellectual freedom and free speech goes down.

Just look at the Black Lives Matter/anti-white privilege, anti-Free Speech freaks at American universities, the ISIS wannabees at Official Antifada - Atlanta, the Black Bloc anarchists, and the commies who hid on the sidelines while egging on their “cannonfodder dupes” to take “one for Stalin, Ho, and Fidel”.

Why would they get “serious” about an ideology they and their elitist masters support?

The ‘people’ in the press will never get it

They think one woman in a hijab getting talked to loudly is worse than Islamists killing a hundred children.

The apology that should have been made:
Roger Fraknklin, we appreciate your passion very much and we understand why you'd want to make a stand at this particular moment.
